Win all your 1v1s not to win it for your team but to see your opponents lose!
How to win:
1. Hit RMB on your opponent whenever its off Cooldown.
2. Wait till you get your Ultimate to burn his blink.
3. Ult him again once its off CD and kill.
4. Read step 1.
How to lose:
Get camped by their jungler and watch your duo lane still lose.
Last Item situational. Chose between: Axe for better rotations; Demon Edge for enemys with shields; Absolution for enemys with alot of stuns; Citadel if they have alot of tanks.
When again Sevarog/Crunch/Grux on your lane go like this first two items (Mutilator first):
When against a Countess on your lane go rush Tainted Blade first item!!!
Against ranged offlaners you just sit back and stack SoulChalice (don't buy Resolution yet, only once its fully stacked.) until you can one shot them at lvl 6. Literally just run them down.
