FIRST we add "Crystal Tear" with very good base stats and a passive ability that works great on Phase and boosts healing again. Second we build "Galaxy Greaves" to have more mobility on the map depending on the situation, also with "Telekinetic Link" and Movement Speed

If I'm playing with a carry that relies on attack speed or builds more towards attack speed, then I build "Marshall" earlier like after "Crystal Tear". You either have to do the carry according to whether he needs or wants the extra attack speed or you look at what kind of build the carry builds, early items etc.

Mid/Lategame Items

We can build "Lunaria" to have a little more heal/ability haste.
As a flex item, we are building "Tainted Scepter" for an antiheal passive, which can be activated very easily via the "Energy Lance". This item also has 20 ability Haste on it, which is very good for us. We can also build "Windcaller" for a little more mobility and a little more heal power. For Damage Mitigation and more heal power we also can build "Everbloom" or for litte more Damage and very good Ability Haste we can build "Crescelia"

Situational Items

As a next flex item you build "Dynamo" because the root can activate the passive quite quickly. We also have good physical armor on it and have more sustain.
Depending on the situation, we can now build "Stonewall" against Physical Dmg on you or we can build "Timewarp" for more Ability Haste and Magical Power or we can build "Vanguardian" to have more Defence for you and your teammates.

We can also build "Santification" to have an additional shield for our mates or we can build "Lifesong" to have more mobility for us and our mates
