Notes
Been having luck with this build in 1.5. Just sustain early game and try to step up for Q aoe poke then fall back. You'll become beastly as the match continues. Galaxy gives you some nice maneuverability that Mourn lacks naturally. Ult + Galaxy jump is a nice surprise initiation tactic in some cases but its mostly for additional movement speed and some magic armor.
In the rare event that you don't need anti-heal swap out instead of tainted.
