Ruleset

Mage, Scaling Mana, On Hit

 
Like all my sets this one tries to realize a ruleset that maximizes the power of all active item abilities and your passive hero ability.

Quest:

• Desacrifice Belica's Slow Bomber image and push your Basic Abilities
• Saturate all passive item abilites by Maximizing your Mana

The principal items for this endeavour are Azure Core and Resolution. Don't replace these two items. Otherwise the idea of this set becomes useless or random.

Both are progressing items, so finish Alchemical Rod and Soul Chalice before anything else.

All attack attributes are factored in: Physical Power, Magical Power, Attack Speed, even Ability Haste and Crit

Mana consumption is high because your ability haste is high. You like to keep your bomber image and not run out of fuel.

Essentially since patch 1.4, where Belica's passive ability does no longer support your mana pool but haste, this set effectively compensates it.
 
Build can be used for Carry role and Offlane as well. Jungle? ☻

Please don't use the set when playing Support. You have to last hit for its progression.
