I myself am a huge Fan of survivability and this Hero combines just that as well as Damage.
I think you are fine if you switch the 3rd and the 5th Item depending on your needs. There is some basic stuff like Anti Magic or Anti Physical, but I guess you will also need some anti Life Regen. If you are in that Situation, you should either take tainted blade or rely on your Team to remove the healing effect.
