I played a lot of kira for my grind to diamond and this is the best build so far. I only used Liberator bc I don't know how to use Pacifier even though that's a good multikill but I think that it's not as effective as Liberator. In the late-game, Solaris is swappable item so don't keep it. If the game is in your favor or its pretty close game, then keep Dust devil. Otherwise, if you are losing, don't use it. You are not gonna rotate as much as in any other two cases.
I don't even need to explain myself, Demolisher for tanks and Tainted rounds for healers. Healers are considered heroes that have a lot of lifesteal and omnivamp or supports like Narbi and Zinx and let's not forget about the new guy. He is such a menace. If enemy plays muriel, leave that to your Jungle to pick Demon edge and mid to pick Astral Catalyst since those are the only anti-shield items. Onixian quiver is item to swap Solaris or Dust devil.
