Start Firestone, build tainted item or Bonesaw as first full item, complete Fire Blossom, itemize survivability and damage balance. Don't forget that Greystone damage ramps passively, has a built in slow on his 'E', and is stupid hard to kill and does a lot of damage without doing an ADC build.
Remember that dead heroes deal 0 damage and you can get kited to oblivion. If you need a lower cooldown on his jump, you can take an extra point early but it will cost damage.
