With the first build that has only attack speed is good because serath scales with atttack speed very well. Her ult gives her attack speed and empowers her auto attack with her DoT damage and extra damage. Last two items are Draconum and Cidadel reason being the first four items are her power spike in the late you only need defense. Draconum has flow and surge which increases your healing from your crest and skysplitter. Flow what it does whenever you gain hp back scaled from your hp and power.
The brusier/adc build not so much has changed but you instead go with fighter crest which evolves to into Iceskorns Talons and instead of Tainted rounds and lightning hawk you go tainted blade and basilisk. This build balances attack speed and hp. I chose basilisk because armor shred and you deal 3.5 procent of the targets missing hp.
Tainted blade you also get hex which you deal ability damage the enemy will take 8% more damage and anti-heal.
The brusier build which focuses more on hp scaling. Intesd of stormbreaker i build overlord and instead of Draconum i build void helm which still increases my healing but not as much, only 15%. Overlord has a passive where it does AOE damage around the target (cleave) and has a passive where you gain physical power based on your hp similar to worldbreaker but it gives magical power. Cleave only works on auto attacks.
I have nothing explain my personal preference but i would explain Nightfall which gives you shields if you excess heal if you are full hp 200-400 shield based on your levels.
