Notes
Standard build for Skylar. You can drop a Crit item for a Non-Crit if you keep Plasma Blade, or you can drop Plasma Blade for a different Crit item. As currently you are over capped on crit without doing one or the other.
Plasma Blade would be better against tanky/non-mobile teams. If the teams are more mobile then drop it for an item like Lightning Hawk.
Change build based on preference/game.
