If you stack Ortus you will nuke squishies if you get on top of them. Final item is up to you, I like to go Penumbra if I'm snowballing because the kill guarantees all of your abilities back so that you can jump onto the next target. If healing is a problem replace Penumbra for Tainted Blade and move it in sooner in the build as needed. If yo want a bit more of a defensive final item to help with survivability you can go into Salvation instead of Penumbra.
