If playing Off lane just rotate Zerker Axe for Mutilator

If your playing a more magical damage opponent you can sub Citadel for Mistmeadow.

Had a lot of success replacing Citadel with Salvation for comps with more range like a sparrow, rev, twin etc.
In these comps I'll get the Citadel as my last item after Augmentation. You can go away from the Citadel and go Basilisk but I'd recommend citadel vs range and tanky comps
