Personal Howitzer Build
Note:
Howitzer is one of the best abusers of Soulbinder. Get the item early, combine it with other scaling items like Obelisk and your strength will spike really hard starting in the midgame.
Optionals explained:
- Epoch is the more defensive crest choice and should be picked up if you expect to get jumped on a lot.
- Tainted Scepter is a good option if you need antiheal. It also provides very good burst damage.
- Oathkeeper is good if the game allows you to step up to proc it consistently, otherwise just get Wraith Leggings or Tainted Scepter
- Megacosm can be considered if the enemy team likes building a lot of HP
