You will be immortal with this build unless stunlocked. Just don't go in first, wait for someone to engange and then break the ice!
If you still insist to build it a little bit more Tanky, you can throw away Oblivion Crown and put your desired and or needed alternative into that slot.
If you need even more Tankiness, for whatever reason, put Prophecy away and stick another Item into that Slot.
World Breaker is a great Option though. I would slip it in instead of Draconum, for a not so unconventional build.
